Honor X9b 5G design, battery and other details confirmed – industrialupdates

HonorTech made a comeback in India in 2023, now, the company is set to launch its second smartphone — the Honor X9b 5G on February 15. The company has also confirmed that the Honor Choice X5 earbuds and the Honor Choice Watch are also set to launch along with the smartphone at the same event. HTech has revealed some key details about Honor X9b 5G. Here’s what to expect from the upcoming smartphone

The camera module of the Honor X9b has a Classical Dual Ring design inspired by high-end luxury watches.The smartphone also has a rich colour palette and a vegan leather finish. The Honor X9b 5G will be available in two colour options – Midnight Black and Sunrise Orange.
The Honor X9b 5G will come powered by the 4nm-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 mobile platform. This chipset features a Qualcomm Kryo CPU and Adreno GPU and claims to deliver an improvement in speed (by 40% and 35%, respectively) over earlier versions. The chipset will be backed by 8GB of RAM (which is further enhanced by 8GB of RAM Turbo) and 256GB of storage.The phone runs on the latest Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2 operating system. This OS comes with various customised and upgraded features, that give users a more intelligent and clean bloatware-free user experience.
The Honor X9b 5G comes equipped with the Honor Doc suite. This suite offers apps for creating and editing text documents, presentations and spreadsheets. The tools support multiple input methods, including keyboard, stylus and voice dictation.
The smartphone packs a large 5800mAh battery unit. Honor X9b also comes with the Gold Label recognition from DXOMARK, which assures 3 days of battery life. HTech claims that the smartphone will also be able to retain 80% of its original capacity even after 1,000 charge cycles.
On a single charge, the Honor X9b promises to offer up to 19 hours of uninterrupted video playback and up to 12 hours of gaming.
