InterGlobe appoints ex-Udaan CFO Aditya Pande as its CEO, ETCFO – industrialupdates

InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent company of India’s largest airline, IndiGo, has appointed Aditya Pande as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 01.
In this newly acquired role, Pande is entrusted with the responsibility of formulating the comprehensive strategy for the group, excluding the operations of IndiGo. He will directly report to Rahul Bhatia, the Managing Director of the group.
Pande resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce firm Udaan on Monday. He assumed the role at Udaan in February 2021.
Prior to his tenure at Udaan, Pande had significant professional experience with InterGlobe Enterprises’ subsidiary, InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. This subsidiary oversees the operations of the airline IndiGo, where Pande served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from August 2019 to February 2021.
Drawing from a career spanning 25 years, Pande has also contributed his expertise to renowned organizations such as General Electric and the US accounting firm Arthur Andersen.
